Waleed Nabih vs Faisal Matar

Boxing Daily Report from the Chikane Promotions promoted show at Giza Gabr, Giza,  taking place on 18/05/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Egypt-Giza Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Modern Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waleed Nabih (7(2) - 0) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Faisal Matar(14 - 3) from Giza, Egypt.  Both Nabih and Matar weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Waleed Huq, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Hamid, Waleed Alawa and Irfan Youssef.  

Round 1: 

Nabih advances into close range and is on target with a firm left uppercut.  Nabih ties up his opponent.  Nabih is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
