Dominic Panyaglo vs Shayan Rasheed

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Western Ghana promoted show at Takoradi Ofosu-Ayeh, Takoradi,  taking place on 21/05/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dominic Panyaglo (20(14) - 6(4)) who hails from Takoradi, Ghana and Shayan Rasheed(17 - 2(1)) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Panyaglo and Rasheed weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ibeamaka Akamba, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Adamafio, Makalo Antwi and Makalo Antwi.  

Round 1: 

Panyaglo switches the action to the outside.  Rasheed throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Panyaglo lands a jab, cross and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Panyaglo attempts to land a left hook, but Rasheed slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rasheed hits home with a left hook.  
Rasheed sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Rasheed closes the distance.  Rasheed sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Rasheed attempts to land a right uppercut, but Panyaglo blocks the shot and counters with a CRUSHING right hook.  RASHEED IS HURT!  Rasheed quickly recovers. 
Panyaglo switches the action to the outside and connects with a firm overhand left.  
Rasheed lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Panyaglo lands a spiteful jab.  
Rasheed advances into close range.  Panyaglo lands a stinging right hook.  
Panyaglo drives a sharp right hook into Rasheed's ribs.  
Rasheed switches the action to the outside and lands two jabs followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Panyaglo lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Rasheed gets on the inside.  Panyaglo throws a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Panyaglo is looking to keep the action on the outside and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Rasheed is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left uppercut.  Rasheed tries to land a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Rasheed is on target with a jab to Panyaglo's body.  Rasheed attempts to land a jab, but Panyaglo slips the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Panyaglo is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a spiteful jab.

Panyaglo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a stinging cross.  
Panyaglo is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND RASHEED IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Panyaglo connects with a cross.  
Rasheed steps inside.  Panyaglo lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Panyaglo is looking to keep his distance.  Panyaglo stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Panyaglo lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS RASHEED SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  Rasheed now seems to have got his legs back.

Panyaglo connects with a DEVASTATING overhand left.  RASHEED IS DOWN!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE RASHEED THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Panyaglo!
