Lao-Tzu Hsiao vs Andy Madigan

Boxing Daily Report from the Magicman Promotions promoted show at Magicman Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 01/05/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Lao-Tzu Hsiao (24(23) - 0 - 1) who hails from Zigong, China and Andy Madigan(6 - 12(1) - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Hsiao and Madigan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Rafferty, and the three ringside judges are Lee Donnell, Leon Mohan and Sam Mulryan.  

Round 1: 

Madigan is looking to close the distance.  Madigan pivots to the right of his opponent.  Madigan throws a right hook, but Hsiao ties up his opponent.  Hsiao uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Madigan behind the head. Madigan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hsiao steps away from his opponent.  Hsiao feints a right hook, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Hsiao lands an overhand right.  
Hsiao lands a right hook.  Hsiao holds on to his opponent.  Hsiao is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hsiao hits home with a stinging cross.  
Madigan closes the distance.  Hsiao throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the shot.  Hsiao clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Hsiao pushes his forearm into Madigan's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Hsiao to stop fouling.  
Hsiao feints a cross, and then lands a right hook to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Hsiao steps to the outside and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head.  
Madigan walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Madigan pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hsiao lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Hsiao is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross, jab and an overhand left to his opponents head.  
Hsiao hits home with a hard jab.  
Hsiao hits home with a solid cross.  
Madigan steps inside.  Hsiao pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hsiao lands a firm right hook.  Hsiao clinches his opponent.  Hsiao leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hsiao steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Madigan is looking to close the distance.  Hsiao is on target with a sharp right uppercut.  
Hsiao tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Madigan almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Hsiao feints a right hook, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Hsiao feints a cross, and then lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Madigan advances into close range and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Hsiao lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Madigan closes the distance.  Hsiao lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Hsiao steps to the outside and lands an overhand left to the head, a cross to the head and a cross to the body.  
Madigan gets on the inside and manouvers Hsiao onto the ropes.  Hsiao lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Madigan's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Madigan's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Madigan's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Hsiao feints a left, and then connects with a cross.  
Hsiao lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND DROPS MADIGAN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Hsiao!
