Julius Imeh vs Roger Gillis

Boxing Daily Report from the Magicman Promotions promoted show at Magicman Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 01/05/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Julius Imeh (4(1) - 0) who hails from Bama, Nigeria and Roger Gillis(3 - 19(1) - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Imeh and Gillis weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lee Donnell, and the three ringside judges are Leon Mohan, Nathan Rafferty and Sam Mulryan.  

Round 1: 

Imeh lands a jab to the body, a cross to the head and a cross to the body.

Imeh connects with a firm left hook.  Imeh tries to land a left hook, but Gillis parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Gillis manouvers Imeh onto the ropes.  Imeh lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Imeh tries to step out of his opponents range and lands with a hard jab.  
Imeh is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Imeh lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Gillis advances into close range.  Imeh is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Gillis steps inside and forces Imeh to retreat into the red corner.  Imeh lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Imeh wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gillis dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gillis throws a left hook, but Imeh clinches his opponent.  Imeh is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Imeh's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Imeh lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Imeh is looking to keep his distance and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.
