Connor Myres vs Joseph Combee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at San Jose Ortez, San Jose,  taking place on 24/05/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Connor Myres (21(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Las Vegas, USA and Joseph Combee(10 - 10 - 5 - 1(NC)) from San Diego, USA.  Myres weighed in at 121 pounds and 3 ounces, while Combee weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Max Pont, and the three ringside judges are John Dickie, Michael Thomason and Alen Pryor.  

Round 1: 

Myres is on target with a right uppercut.

That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Combee.  That has caused damage to the nose.  
Myres lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.

Myres steps inside.  Combee throws a left hook, but Myres ties up his opponent.  Myres is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Myres and breaks the clinch.  
Myres lands a right uppercut.  Myres ties up his opponent.  Myres leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Myres attempts to land a right uppercut, but Combee blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Myres lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Myres clinches his opponent.  Myres leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Myres's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
