Sadid Almiknasi vs Lubaid Ghofran

Boxing Daily Report from the Bonsu Promotions promoted show at Rifky Ashcroft Gym, Rabat,  taking place on 23/05/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Morocco-Rabat-Sale-Kenitra Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sadid Almiknasi (14 - 11 - 5) who hails from Sale, Morocco and Lubaid Ghofran(8 - 0) from Kenitra, Morocco.  Both Almiknasi and Ghofran weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quraishi Abensur, and the three ringside judges are Fayaaz Bendamou, Ouahid Taarabt and Muthanna Bouderbala.  

Round 1: 

Ghofran closes the distance.  Ghofran pivots to the left of his opponent.  Almiknasi throws a right hook, but Ghofran clinches his opponent.  Ghofran leans on his opponent using all his weight. Ghofran pushes his forearm into Almiknasi's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Ghofran about fouling.  
Ghofran is on target with a left hook.  
Ghofran gets on the inside.  Ghofran pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Almiknasi is looking to close the distance.  Ghofran pivots to the side of his opponent.  Almiknasi throws a left uppercut, but Ghofran holds on to his opponent.  Ghofran is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Almiknasi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ghofran pivots to the right of his opponent and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Almiknasi drives a left hook into Ghofran's body.

Ghofran leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Ghofran uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Almiknasi's kidney.

Ghofran manouvers Almiknasi into a corner.  Almiknasi lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Ghofran is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Almiknasi throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Ghofran closes the distance and is on target with a firm left uppercut.  
Ghofran is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Almiknasi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Almiknasi switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.
