Davaa Merkulov vs Afanas Byambajargal

Boxing Daily Report from the Ninja Warriors promoted show at Erdnet Stadium, Ulaanbaatar,  taking place on 10/06/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mongolia-Ulaanbaatar Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davaa Merkulov (6(1) - 4 - 1) who hails from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and Afanas Byambajargal(8 - 7(1) - 3) from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  Both Merkulov and Byambajargal weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boris Tschinag, and the three ringside judges are Thawab Cacpenow, Nerguin Kushecoff and Nasir al Din Orazaew.
