Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at New City Gas, Montreal,  taking place on 27/05/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Oliver Mermoz (6(4) - 0) who hails from Paris, France and Noel Belgard(10 - 4(1) - 1) from Paris, France.  Both Mermoz and Belgard weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicholas Prior, and the three ringside judges are Granger Hinault, Mark Mostyn and Jean-Baptiste Camus.

Mermoz knows Belgard is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Mermoz lands two straights followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS BELGARD SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Mermoz!
