Alejandro Limones vs James Fallis

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at New City Gas, Montreal,  taking place on 03/06/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Alejandro Limones (8(4) - 0) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and James Fallis(6 - 6 - 1) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Limones and Fallis weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jasper Kopa, and the three ringside judges are James Mabon, Briant Sarraute and Aaron Henry.  

Round 1: 

Limones steps inside and connects with a right hook.  
Limones closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  Limones clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Limones walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Limones digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Limones connects with a left uppercut.  Limones clinches his opponent.  Limones pushes his forearm into Fallis's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Limones about fouling.

Limones is on target with a right uppercut.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Limones.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.

The ref breaks Limones's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Limones tries to land a right uppercut, but Fallis parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Limones's body.  
Limones lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  Limones holds on to his opponent.  Limones leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Limones dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Limones. Limones closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Fallis steps away from his opponent and throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Limones steps inside and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.
