Ioakim Polukhin vs Vitali Shantyr

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Kemerovo Oblast promoted show at Prokopyevsk Turchin, Prokopyevsk,  taking place on 30/05/2028:

Clearly AI Russia-Kemerovo Oblast have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Kemerovo Oblast Super Bantamweight title.
