Spencer Mamdani vs Khalon Ankole

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Rubadiri, Lira,  taking place on 02/05/2028:

Clearly AI Uganda-Northern Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Mamdani (9 - 7) who hails from Lira, Uganda and Khalon Ankole(10 - 1(1)) from Lira, Uganda.  Both Mamdani and Ankole weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Felix Tumwesigye, and the three ringside judges are Yasin Abdelnour, Chata Kabonero and Keshawn Drito.  

Round 1: 

Mamdani steps to the outside.  Ankole is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Mamdani tries to land a jab, but Ankole blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to Mamdani's ribs.  
Ankole cuts off the ring, trapping Mamdani on the ropes.  Ankole sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.
