Santiago Sanchez vs Rodrigo Diaz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Carabobo promoted show at Valencia Pabon, Valencia,  taking place on 02/05/2028:

Clearly AI Venezuela-Carabobo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Carabobo Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Sanchez (14 - 5 - 2) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Rodrigo Diaz(16(2) - 1) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Sanchez weighed in at 113 pounds and 4 ounces, while Diaz weighed in at 112 pounds.    As Sanchez came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Nicandro Frausto, and the three ringside judges are Jose Jordan, Seferino Vilchez and Sancho Fraire.
