Ctesippus Kanelos vs Shin Miya

Boxing Daily Report from the Carabetian Promotions promoted show at The Westin Miyako Kyoto, Kyoto,  taking place on 10/06/2028:

Clearly Carabetian Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ctesippus Kanelos (14(8) - 0) who hails from Patrai, Greece and Shin Miya(5 - 10 - 6) from Osaka, Japan.  Both Kanelos and Miya weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kei Higa, and the three ringside judges are Mikio Hatanaka, Kyo Ishibashi and Akira Nakano.  

Round 1: 

Miya closes the distance and throws a right hook, but Kanelos holds on to his opponent.  Kanelos is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Kanelos's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Kanelos lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  Kanelos ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kanelos pushes his forearm into Miya's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Kanelos digs in a left hook to Miya's body.  Kanelos holds on to his opponent.  Kanelos is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kanelos throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the punch.  Kanelos holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Kanelos pushes his forearm into Miya's face.  The ref breaks Kanelos's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Kanelos lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Kanelos clinches his opponent.  Miya tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kanelos behind the head. 
Kanelos pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Kanelos drives a stinging right uppercut into Miya's body.  
Kanelos advances into close range and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kanelos lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Miya is on target with a left uppercut.  Miya throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to Miya's ribs.  
Kanelos is on target with a left hook to Miya's body.  Kanelos tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Miya could be stopped here, if Kanelos can find the right shot!  Kanelos connects with a FEARSOME left uppercut.  MIYA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Kanelos!
