Mark Snape vs Billy Leithead

Boxing Daily Report from the Rico Boxing Promotions promoted show at Columbus Monce, Columbus,  taking place on 24/05/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Mark Snape (0 - 0) who hails from Tempe, USA and Billy Leithead(0 - 1 - 1) from Thornton, USA.  Snape weighed in at 147 pounds, while Leithead weighed in at 146 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Daniel Bigner, and the three ringside judges are Paul Strassman, Darryl Boyle and Ollie Jerden.

Snape is looking to keep his distance.  Leithead sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Snape lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Leithead manages to force Snape into a neutral corner.  Leithead hits home with a cross.

Snape switches the action to the outside.  Snape feints a jab, and then lands with a sharp jab.

Leithead walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Leithead lands a right hook.  Leithead throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Snape switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Snape lands a sharp jab.  
Snape snaps his opponents head back with a sharp jab.  
Snape quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a solid jab.  
Snape lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Leithead hits home with a cross.  
Snape steps away from his opponent.  Leithead tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Snape leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Leithead tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Snape lands with a stiff jab.  
Leithead gets on the inside.  Snape lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Snape's trainer is advising his fighter to keep his distance and coast to the win. Snape's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Leithead closes the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Leithead dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Leithead attempts to land a cross, but Snape slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Leithead attempts to land a left hook, but Snape sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Snape snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Leithead sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Snape digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Leithead closes the distance.  Snape lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Snape ties up his opponent.  Snape uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Leithead behind the head. 
Leithead lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Snape is on target with a cross.  
Leithead pivots to the side of his opponent.  Leithead attempts to land a jab, but Snape parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
