Joe Methven vs Ethan Fergerson

Boxing Daily Report from the Simwala Promotions promoted show at Eugene Cleghorn, Eugene,  taking place on 02/06/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Oregon Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Methven (13 - 5 - 2) who hails from Salem, USA and Ethan Fergerson(9 - 2 - 5) from Portland, USA.  Both Methven and Fergerson weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Terrace, and the three ringside judges are Theo Wight, James Mardock and Joe Rainey.  

Round 1: 

Methven is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Fergerson walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Methven is on target with a left hook.
