Bing Jia vs Dewei Koo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Zhejiang promoted show at Hangzhou Su, Hangzhou,  taking place on 14/06/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bing Jia (10(7) - 0) who hails from Kunming, China and Dewei Koo(2 - 3) from Wuxi, China.  Jia weighed in at 146 pounds And 14 ounces, while Koo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is An Yiu, and the three ringside judges are Dewei Tern, Lee Shan and HuiK'o Chee.  

Round 1: 

Jia lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Jia advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  Jia ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Jia pushes his forearm into Koo's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Jia about fouling.  
Jia lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Jia is on target with a sharp right hook.  Jia holds on to his opponent.  Jia uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Koo behind the head. 
Jia is on target with a firm left hook.  
Jia closes the distance.  Jia sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Jia attempts to land a left hook, but Koo sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Jia hits home with a left hook.

Jia connects with a stinging right uppercut.  Koo wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Jia dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Koo throws a left hook, but Jia holds on to his opponent.  Jia leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Jia's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Jia lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Jia advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  Jia ties up his opponent.  Jia leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Jia is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Jia lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jia lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Jia pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Jia lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Koo steps to the outside.  Jia quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Koo lands a jab.  
Jia circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Koo throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Koo tries to step out of his opponents range.  Jia feints a jab and triggers a left uppercut counter from Koo.  Jia avoids the shot and counters with a right hook to Koo's ribs.  
Jia gets on the inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Jia lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Jia hits home with a left hook.  
Jia lowers his hands, trying to provoke his opponent to attack.  Koo lands a cross.

Jia closes the distance.  As Jia tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Koo has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Jia sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Jia lands a cross.  
Jia steps inside.  Koo attempts to land a right hook, but Jia blocks the shot and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Koo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Jia lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Jia lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Koo's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.
