Chris Grahm vs Mike Travis

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 10/06/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Oceania Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Grahm (18(1) - 9(2)) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Mike Travis(21(7) - 10(9) - 1) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  Grahm weighed in at 154 pounds, while Travis weighed in at 153 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Taggart, and the three ringside judges are John Wark, Seth Urbano and Mark Lockie.  

Round 1: 

Travis connects with a stinging left uppercut.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Travis dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Travis.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Travis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Grahm lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.
