Eti Koni vs Daniel Handyside

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Dunstan, Christchurch,  taking place on 05/06/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Eti Koni (10 - 6 - 4) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Daniel Handyside(10 - 6 - 5 - 1(NC)) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Both Koni and Handyside weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike Muncie, and the three ringside judges are Noel Haxton, Harry Callison and Ruki Kohu.
