Colin Majola vs Mandla Tambo

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Isaac Wolfson stadium, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 01/07/2028:

Clearly African Fusion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Eastern Cape Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SABC1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Colin Majola (4(1) - 0) who hails from East London, South Africa and Mandla Tambo(2 - 5 - 2) from Port Elizabeth, South Africa.  Both Majola and Tambo weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Themba Cele, and the three ringside judges are Chris Matata, Chris Matata and Clint Mambweni.  

Round 1: 

Majola connects with a cross.  
Majola sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross to the body followed by a jab to the head.

Majola backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Tambo tries to tag Majola on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!

Tambo throws a left hook, but Majola clinches his opponent.  Majola leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.
