Jasper Lekimeju vs Jacob Mutinda

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Lai, Nairobi,  taking place on 15/05/2028:

Clearly AI Kenya-Nairobi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jasper Lekimeju (15 - 9 - 4) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Jacob Mutinda(13 - 0) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Lekimeju and Mutinda weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon Ngoche, and the three ringside judges are Paul Chelanga, Rex Odhieng and Chris Birir.
