Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at Coupole Mohamed Boudiaf, Algiers,  taking place on 13/07/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Algeria Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rehan Belaili (14(7) - 0) who hails from Constantine, Algeria and Waqas Messaoud(9 - 5 - 3) from Algiers, Algeria.  Both Belaili and Messaoud weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Majid Hammouche, and the three ringside judges are Amer Marouane, Asif Guellal and Rashid Cherif.
