Ayanda Phiri vs Dave Baramoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Rail Roaders promoted show at iBhayi Malan, iBhayi,  taking place on 27/06/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the South Africa-Gauteng Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ayanda Phiri (7 - 1 - 1) who hails from Boksburg, South Africa and Dave Baramoto(4 - 5 - 1) from Mamelodi, South Africa.  Phiri weighed in at 108 pounds, while Baramoto weighed in at 107 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Themba Cele, and the three ringside judges are Chiamaka Ndulula, Glynn Kembia and Robert Kasulu.  

Round 1: 

Baramoto closes the distance.  Baramoto sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Baramoto tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
