Boxing Daily Report from the K Promotions promoted show at Piccadilly Hotel, Manchester,  taking place on 14/06/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Binning (21 - 5) who hails from Coventry, UK and Marcus McRae(19(2) - 2) from Glasgow, UK.  Binning weighed in at 135 pounds, while McRae weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ewan Sprout, and the three ringside judges are Dave Palin, William McCorkel and Paul Elliot.
