Jerrold Burgo vs Alejandro Maldonado

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngcobo Promotions promoted show at Nemesio Villarroel Gym, Havana,  taking place on 15/06/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jerrold Burgo (12 - 14(1)) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Alejandro Maldonado(3 - 5 - 1) from Havana, Cuba.  Both Burgo and Maldonado weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Tadeo, and the three ringside judges are Desiderio Villavicencio, Ulises Lagos and Urvano Domingo.  

Round 1: 

Maldonado sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Burgo drives a cross into Maldonado's body.
