Marcel Jacob vs Geron Beau

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Stade Sylvio Cator, Port-au-Prince,  taking place on 29/06/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Haiti Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marcel Jacob (23(12) - 1(1)) who hails from Carrefour, Haiti and Geron Beau(13 - 8(3) - 2) from Croix des Bouqets, Haiti.  Jacob weighed in at 154 pounds, while Beau weighed in at 153 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nazaire Marques, and the three ringside judges are Vivien Fouche, Macy Louis-Dreyfus and Colville Printemps.  

Round 1: 

Jacob gets on the inside and is on target with a right hook to Beau's ribs.  Jacob holds on to his opponent.  Jacob pushes his forearm into Beau's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Jacob to stop fouling.  
Jacob drives a right hook into his opponents body.  Jacob clinches his opponent.  Jacob is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Jacob closes the distance.  Beau throws a left hook, but Jacob holds on to his opponent.  Jacob is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Jacob's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Jacob manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Jacob is on target with a right hook to Beau's ribcage.  
Jacob throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Jacob ties up his opponent.  Jacob leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Jacob dabs at his face checking for damage.  Jacob has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Jacob lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Jacob drives a solid left hook into Beau's body.  
Jacob walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Jacob lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.

Jacob tries to land a left hook, but Beau blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
