Daniil Volkonsky vs Ivan Federoff

Boxing Daily Report from the Sovietskii Box Promotions promoted show at Bratsk Khamidulin, Bratsk,  taking place on 28/06/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Russia-Perm Krai Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniil Volkonsky (16(5) - 0) who hails from Berezniki, Russia and Ivan Federoff(18 - 4(1) - 5 - 1(NC)) from Berezniki, Russia.  Both Volkonsky and Federoff weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dmitri Nestruyev, and the three ringside judges are Afon Romanowski, Dmitri Kowalchuk and Afanas Nikolishin.  

Round 1: 

Volkonsky pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Volkonsky closes the distance.  Federoff pivots from in front of his opponent.  Volkonsky lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Volkonsky ties up his opponent.  Volkonsky is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Volkonsky stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Volkonsky lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, KNOCKING FEDEROFF DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Federoff now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Volkonsky walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Volkonsky is on target with a firm right hook to Federoff's ribs.  
Volkonsky lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Volkonsky ties up his opponent.  Volkonsky pushes his forearm into Federoff's face.  The ref breaks Volkonsky's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Volkonsky senses Federoff is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Volkonsky lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, AND FEDEROFF IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Federoff has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Volkonsky is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Federoff pivots to the left of his opponent.  Volkonsky lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Volkonsky gets on the inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Volkonsky lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Volkonsky lands a cross to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Federoff throws a right hook, but Volkonsky holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Volkonsky pushes his forearm into Federoff's face.  The ref breaks Volkonsky's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Federoff steps to the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Volkonsky finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Volkonsky gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Federoff's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Federoff's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Federoff's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Federoff feints a left, and then tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Volkonsky pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Volkonsky advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Volkonsky is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Volkonsky closes the distance.  Volkonsky quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to Federoff's body.

Volkonsky pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a telling right hook to his opponents body.  DOWN GOES FEDEROFF!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Federoff now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Volkonsky steps inside and drives a left hook into Federoff's body.  
Volkonsky gets on the inside and lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  
Volkonsky sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Volkonsky throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Volkonsky clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Volkonsky pushes his forearm into Federoff's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Volkonsky about fouling.  
Volkonsky lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Volkonsky lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body, AND SENDS FEDEROFF SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Federoff recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Volkonsky lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Volkonsky clinches his opponent.  Volkonsky is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Volkonsky is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Volkonsky.

Volkonsky is looking to force the stoppage!  Volkonsky lands a left uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the head, AND DOWN GOES FEDEROFF!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Volkonsky!
