Fritzie Gierhart vs Ulger Saum

Boxing Daily Report from the JH Promotions promoted show at Jacob Gym, Munich,  taking place on 09/07/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fritzie Gierhart (12(7) - 0) who hails from Dusseldorf, Germany and Ulger Saum(9 - 13 - 6) from Essen, Germany.  Both Gierhart and Saum weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bertram Stockner, and the three ringside judges are Abbey Krogmann, Rey Gersch and Bernie Judd.  

Round 1: 

Saum pivots to the left of his opponent.  Gierhart hits home with a ramrod jab.

Gierhart walks his opponent into the corner.  Gierhart drives a sharp right hook into his opponents ribs.  Gierhart ties up his opponent.  Gierhart leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gierhart drives a solid right hook into his opponents body.  Gierhart ties up his opponent.  Gierhart leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Gierhart's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Saum steps away from his opponent.  Gierhart lands a stinging overhand right.  
Gierhart lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.  Gierhart ties up his opponent.  Gierhart leans on his opponent using all his weight. Gierhart hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref breaks Gierhart's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Gierhart closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Gierhart pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Gierhart lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Gierhart lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  
Gierhart closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Saum pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gierhart lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Gierhart walks Saum down, trapping him in a corner.  Gierhart drives a solid left uppercut into Saum's body.  
Gierhart is on target with a right hook.  
Gierhart throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot.  Gierhart ties up his opponent.  Gierhart leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Gierhart to stop holding.  
Gierhart is on target with a sharp right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Gierhart walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Gierhart is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Gierhart is on target with a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Saum sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gierhart lands a cross.  
Gierhart lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
It looks like Saum has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Gierhart is looking to close the distance and manages to force Saum onto the ropes.  Gierhart is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Gierhart hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Gierhart is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Gierhart lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Gierhart hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Gierhart hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Saum sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gierhart tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Gierhart steps inside and is on target with a mean right hook.  SAUM IS HURT!  Saum almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Saum is looking to keep his distance.  Gierhart lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Gierhart steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Saum throws a right hook, but Gierhart clinches his opponent.  Gierhart is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Gierhart to stop holding.  
Gierhart lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Saum's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Gierhart advances into close range and lands a stinging left hook.  
Gierhart drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Gierhart advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Gierhart forces Saum to back into the corner.  Gierhart lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head, AND DOWN GOES SAUM!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Saum recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Gierhart senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Gierhart lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body, AND SAUM IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Saum now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Gierhart pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  
Gierhart steps inside and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND KNOCKS SAUM DOWN!  The ref does not give Saum the chance to beat the count...The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Gierhart!
