Godfrey Oletu vs Bright Onyeuku

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Borno State promoted show at Gareth Babayaro Gym, Maiduguri,  taking place on 27/05/2028:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Borno State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Borno State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Godfrey Oletu (16 - 3) who hails from Maiduguri, Nigeria and Bright Onyeuku(10 - 13(1) - 2) from Maiduguri, Nigeria.  Oletu weighed in at 147 pounds, while Onyeuku weighed in at 146 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Obaid Shariff, and the three ringside judges are Theophilus Aliu, Zain Faraj and Gethin Rotimi.
