Gethin Abaye vs Khalid Shakoor

Boxing Daily Report from the Frimpong Promotions promoted show at Mudashiru Niger Gym, Buguma,  taking place on 25/06/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Rivers State Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gethin Abaye (16 - 1) who hails from Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Khalid Shakoor(13 - 1 - 1) from Port Harcourt, Nigeria.  Both Abaye and Shakoor weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chima Yaji, and the three ringside judges are Alen Akika, Gbolahan Olatuga and Bature Isangedighe.
