Hitoshi Kimura vs Dang Cuong

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 05/08/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the East Asian Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hitoshi Kimura (21(9) - 3(1)) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Dang Cuong(16 - 1) from Hanoi, Vietnam.  Both Kimura and Cuong weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Harada, and the three ringside judges are Takeo Kibe, Hisoka Yamamoto and Hikaru Onaga.  

Round 1:
