David Kennedy vs Mark Penney

Boxing Daily Report from the Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions promoted show at Manchester Arena, Manchester,  taking place on 01/07/2028:

Clearly Frank Smith’s Tea Boy Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Commonwealth Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are David Kennedy (25(5) - 4(3)) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Mark Penney(9(5) - 0) from Gaineau, Canada.  Kennedy weighed in at 199 pounds And 7 ounces, while Penney weighed in at 200 pounds.
