Apostol Shostak vs Mikhail Demchuk

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ukraine-Donetsk Oblast promoted show at Isaak Muserskiy Gym, Donetsk,  taking place on 02/06/2028:

Clearly AI Ukraine-Donetsk Oblast have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Donetsk Oblast Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Apostol Shostak (13 - 11 - 4) who hails from Donetsk, Ukraine and Mikhail Demchuk(12 - 9 - 2) from Donetsk, Ukraine.  Shostak weighed in at 136 pounds And 4 ounces, while Demchuk weighed in at 135 pounds.    As Shostak came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Taras Bayuk, and the three ringside judges are Valeri Popko, Krystiyan Wolsky and Volodymyr Rafalko.  

Round 1: 

Demchuk lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Demchuk switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Shostak slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Demchuk tries to land a left uppercut, but Shostak parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Shostak advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Demchuk drives a left hook into Shostak's ribs.

Shostak steps inside and walks Demchuk down, trapping him in the corner.  Demchuk connects with a left hook.

Shostak pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Shostak gets on the inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Demchuk has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.  
Shostak is on target with a left uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Shostak dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Shostak closes the distance.  Shostak voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Demchuk steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Shostak advances into close range and hits home with a right hook.  
Demchuk steps to the outside and is on target with an overhand right.  
Demchuk hits home with a cross.  
Demchuk throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref stops the action and gives Shostak time to recover.  
At the end of Round 3, lets listen in on the corners...Shostak's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Demchuk's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.
