Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Cortes promoted show at Gimnasio Municipal, San Pedro Sula,  taking place on 16/07/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Central American Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Todo Deportes TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Porfio Escoto (15(3) - 3(1)) who hails from Choloma, Honduras and Santiago Varona(11 - 2 - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Escoto weighed in at 121 pounds and 14 ounces, while Varona weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jeraldo Carro, and the three ringside judges are Angel Olivero, Guido Campa and Vicente Trigo.
