Zachary Mallis vs Ewan Coghill

Boxing Daily Report from the Kugblenu Promotions promoted show at Elk's Temple, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 18/07/2028:

Clearly Kugblenu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zachary Mallis (13 - 0) who hails from Waterbury, USA and Ewan Coghill(9 - 8 - 1) from El Paso, USA.  Both Mallis and Coghill weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Cochrane, and the three ringside judges are Ian Kenney, Dan Stevenson and Owen Tolmie.  

Round 1: 

Coghill connects with a cross.  
Mallis pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Mallis closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Coghill steps away from his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Coghill attempts to land a left hook, but Mallis dodges the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.

Mallis advances into close range.  Mallis pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Mallis steps inside and is on target with a solid left hook to Coghill's body.
