Alen Pierce vs Peter Dalrymple

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Civic Auditorium, San Jose,  taking place on 30/08/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Pacific Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alen Pierce (22(12) - 0) who hails from Long Beach, USA and Peter Dalrymple(20(9) - 1) from Henderson, USA.  Pierce weighed in at 147 pounds, while Dalrymple weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cris Garcia, and the three ringside judges are Charlie Valdivia, Ben Banos and Noel Spencer.
