Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Georgetown Maine, Georgetown,  taking place on 20/07/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Guyana Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NCN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mel Maitland (8 - 4) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Sam Jones(7 - 1) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Maitland weighed in at 248 pounds and 13 ounces, while Jones weighed in at 244 pounds and 5 ounces.
