Mark Bay vs Oscar Tweedy

Boxing Daily Report from the Kabbendjian Promotions promoted show at Henderson Vann, Henderson,  taking place on 02/08/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the USA-Louisiana Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Bay (16 - 12 - 4) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Oscar Tweedy(1 - 3 - 1) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Bay and Tweedy weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Peter Catanach, and the three ringside judges are Peter Snape, Mike Spence and Guillermo De la Torre.  

Round 1: 

Bay steps to the outside and lands a cross.  
Tweedy advances into close range.  Bay connects with a right hook.

Bay advances into close range.  Bay pivots to the side of his opponent andAs the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Bay.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.

Bay pivots to the left of his opponent.  Tweedy throws a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.
