Patrick Makau vs Barry Kitur

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Murungaru, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/07/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Patrick Makau (13 - 8) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Barry Kitur(19 - 4 - 4) from Ruiru, Kenya.  Makau weighed in at 160 pounds, while Kitur weighed in at 159 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kashif Haque, and the three ringside judges are Yobachi Rubia, Rich Ashira and Joe Mwirichia.  

Round 1: 

Kitur gets on the inside.  Makau quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
