Mitsuru Yoshikawa vs Jun Oki

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 05/08/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the East Asian Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mitsuru Yoshikawa (7(2) - 2) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Jun Oki(21(11) - 5(2) - 1) from Hirakata, Japan.  Both Yoshikawa and Oki weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hikaru Onaga, and the three ringside judges are Hisoka Yamamoto, Takeo Kibe and Taro Harada.
