Borya Shipulin vs Fedar Ostrovsky

Boxing Daily Report from the Munkonge Promotions promoted show at Chelyabinsk Slutsky, Chelyabinsk,  taking place on 30/07/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Chelyabinsk Oblast Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Borya Shipulin (14 - 1 - 1) who hails from Chelyabinsk, Russia and Fedar Ostrovsky(12 - 5 - 7) from Chelyabinsk, Russia.  Both Shipulin and Ostrovsky weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Evgeny Mostovoi, and the three ringside judges are Sasha Samedov, Zernebog Isakov and Yulian Khugayev.
