Johnny Gallagher vs Justin Cowper

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at Rochester Maria, Rochester,  taking place on 02/07/2028:

Clearly AI USA-New York State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Johnny Gallagher (10 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from New York City, USA and Justin Cowper(16 - 11(1) - 3) from New York City, USA.  Both Gallagher and Cowper weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Arthur Pumphrey, and the three ringside judges are Joey Duffie, Cole Milroy and Steven McLain.
