Peter Van Rooyen vs Billy Matshanga

Boxing Daily Report from the Adisi Promotions promoted show at Mandla Keet Gym, Khayelitsha,  taking place on 31/07/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Western Cape Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Peter Van Rooyen (2 - 4 - 1) who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and Billy Matshanga(5(2) - 0) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Both Van Rooyen and Matshanga weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xhosas Serero, and the three ringside judges are Bongi Rantie, Madisha Mini and Xhosas Serero.
