Dale McPhee vs Matthew Barnes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Michigan promoted show at Grand Rapids Glasgow, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 02/08/2028:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dale McPhee (13 - 5 - 2) who hails from Detroit, USA and Matthew Barnes(15 - 10(1) - 1) from Detroit, USA.  McPhee weighed in at 147 pounds, while Barnes weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Leeroy Shedden, and the three ringside judges are Ian Duffey, Phil Boydston and Leon Russell.
