Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Melbourne MacClery, Melbourne,  taking place on 12/08/2028:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jun Umeda (9(1) - 0) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Phil Steel(3 - 0) from Brisbane, Australia.  Both Umeda and Steel weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Stephen MacDougall, and the three ringside judges are Andy Wright, Brendan Stronach and Paul Lawrie.
