Robert Gallico vs Peter Boswell

Boxing Daily Report from the TooOldToParty promoted show at Dom Kennedy Gym, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/07/2028:

Clearly TooOldToParty have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Gallico (3 - 2 - 2) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Peter Boswell(12 - 11(1) - 2) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Gallico and Boswell weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sammy Lorimer, and the three ringside judges are Bruce Munhall, Kyle Hinshaw and Callum Mairs.  

Round 1: 

Boswell steps inside.  Gallico quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Boswell lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Boswell goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Gallico time to recover.  
Gallico steps away from his opponent and throws an overhand right, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Gallico is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Gallico is looking to keep his distance and connects with a cross.  
Boswell closes the distance and forces Gallico to retreat onto the ropes.  Gallico lands a left uppercut.  
Gallico hits home with a sharp jab.  
Boswell gets on the inside.  Gallico lands a left hook.  
The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Boswell has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.

Gallico steps away from his opponent and hits home with an overhand right.
