Aydin Menzir vs Direnc Gurses

Boxing Daily Report from the GENCO promoted show at Ankara Sanli, Ankara,  taking place on 11/08/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Ankara Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aydin Menzir (12 - 9(1) - 2) who hails from Ankara, Turkey and Direnc Gurses(8 - 14(1) - 8) from Ankara, Turkey.  Menzir weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Gurses weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Altan Rustu, and the three ringside judges are Ilker Gruda, Mehmet Halefoglu and Cumhur Goktuna.
