Jacob Evens vs Justin Bevan

Boxing Daily Report from the Roman Lorenz promoted show at Turton Sports Centre, Bolton,  taking place on 16/08/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jacob Evens (6 - 13 - 2) who hails from Preston, UK and Justin Bevan(14 - 1) from Blackpool, UK.  Evens weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Bevan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mick MacNaughton, and the three ringside judges are Gyn Gwenn, Jamie McNabb and Stephen Kennedy.  

Round 1: 

Bevan is on target with a left hook.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Evens's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Evens's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
