Marjun Montanez vs Mason Hew

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Broadmeadow Basketball Stadium, Newcastle,  taking place on 01/09/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Marjun Montanez (2 - 0) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Mason Hew(7 - 10 - 7) from Brisbane, Australia.  Montanez weighed in at 134 pounds And 14 ounces, while Hew weighed in at 134 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Karalis, and the three ringside judges are Ethan Zeatounian, Hugh MacMaster and Chris Howells.
