Ahmed Awad vs Matt Ngugi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Mannan, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/07/2028:

Clearly AI Kenya-Nairobi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ahmed Awad (6 - 3 - 2) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Matt Ngugi(7 - 10 - 3) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Awad weighed in at 111 pounds And 14 ounces, while Ngugi weighed in at 111 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bob Mbiyu, and the three ringside judges are Shaun Arusei, Rob Birdi and Kashif Haque.
