Chung Hom vs Malik Ahundov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Fars promoted show at Shiraz Zhu, Shiraz,  taking place on 22/08/2028:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chung Hom (17 - 10) who hails from Shiraz, Iran and Malik Ahundov(19(1) - 1) from Tabriz, Iran.  Hom weighed in at 115 pounds, while Ahundov weighed in at 114 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Waqas Hannan, and the three ringside judges are Amer Shahidi, Waqar Akhtar and Vijay Maurya.  

Round 1: 

Ahundov advances into close range and is on target with a left hook.
